How Much Is Enough?
We do sizes properly. Pick the one that suits your appetite — or your household.
Regular eater — a proper meal without the excess.
Heavy eater — for those who prefer a bit more on their plate.

On the Hybrid plan? Your Protein Bowls are sized to match: 8oz tiffin plans come with a 24oz bowl, 10oz with a 32oz bowl, and 12oz with a 40oz bowl.
Reheating Guide
Saving It for Later? No Problem.
Our meals arrive hot, but if you’re keeping yours for later, here’s how to get it back to its proper best in under two minutes.
Remove the lid from your curry container — it’s microwave-safe, the lid stays off.
Microwave for 1 min 20 seconds to 1 min 50 seconds, depending on your microwave.
Use oven gloves to remove — the container will be warm. Give it a good 30-second stir.
Sit down, get comfortable, and enjoy a meal that was worth waiting for.
On the Hybrid plan? Protein Bowls are even simpler — just 1–2 minutes in the microwave and they’re ready.
