Dissatisfaction with Food Quality If you are not satisfied with your food for any reason — including taste, temperature, preparation, or presentation — please let us know at the time of your meal or within 24 hours of your order. We will issue a credit to your account equal to the full amount spent on that order, which can be applied to your next purchase with us.
How to Request a Credit To request a credit, please contact us at 647 828 7864 with your order details and a brief description of the issue. Credits will be applied to your account within 1 business days.
Conditions Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Credits must be used within 90 days of issuance. This policy applies to orders placed directly through royalruby.ca and does not extend to third-party delivery platforms, which have their own policies.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. Royal Ruby cannot be held responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.
