REHEATING

Stovetop (Best): Pour into a pan, add 2 tbsp water, cover and heat on medium for 8-10 mins, stirring occasionally.

Microwave: Defrost first, then microwave for 2-3 mins, stirring halfway. Add a splash of water if needed.

SHELF LIFE

Freezer: Up to 3 months. Keep frozen until ready to use.

Fridge (once defrosted): Consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
