3. Orders & Payment All orders placed through royalruby.ca are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
4. Refunds & Credits Our Refund & Satisfaction Policy applies to all orders placed directly through royalruby.ca. If you are not satisfied with your food, please contact us within 24 hours of your order. Credits issued under our refund policy are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire within 90 days of issuance. Royal Ruby is not responsible for refund or credit issues arising from orders placed through third-party delivery platforms.
5. Allergies & Dietary Information It is your responsibility to review ingredient and allergen information before placing an order and to notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies. Royal Ruby makes reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee that any item is entirely free from allergens. We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or intolerances.
