Classic or Grand?

• Classic Hybrid: our standard tiffin and Protein Bowl rotation
• Grand Hybrid: everything in Classic, plus rice and extra roti with your tiffin on tiffin days

Tiffin days

Our classic Punjabi tiffin: fresh sabzi & daal with 100% Sher Atta hand-rolled rotis, different every day.

Protein Bowl days

Hearty vegetarian Protein Bowls built on a rotating base of plain rice, jeera rice or quinoa, with white chana, peppers, onion and our house sauces, topped with paneer chunks, paneer bhurji, tofu chunks or tofu bhurji. We also rotate in a Hakka noodle bowl with paneer or tofu.

Reheating: just 1–2 minutes in the microwave and your bowl is ready.

Bowl sizes

• 8oz tiffin plans come with a 24oz Protein Bowl
• 10oz tiffin plans come with a 32oz Protein Bowl
• 12oz tiffin plans come with a 40oz Protein Bowl
